Orientation
Welcome to Georgetown University Medical Center!
Faculty members of GUMC strive to do more for themselves and others. They are motivated to excel and be leaders in all facets of their career: education, research, service, and healthcare practice.
The Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs can aid you in your efforts to advance your career, and can guide you to the many programs and resources to assist you in your journey.
Within this orientation, you can review the information for your current track, become oriented with GUMC through our onboarding information, and review the online resource that are important to get you started with your career.
We are pleased to have you join the GUMC community. We invite you to read this Welcome Letter from Dr. Elliott Crooke, Vice President for Faculty and Academic Affairs. We also encourage you to explore our events page to find upcoming program application opportunities and events related to your career and personal development.
